Is there a minimum number of people needed to start a route?
It is possible to reserve from just one person up to groups of 50pax. We adapt ourselves to each client and we provide a service à la carte (consult special conditions for large groups 20pax or more).
What cycling level do I need to make one of your routes?
There are rides for all levels, and, although La Rioja is not flat, with a normal shape you will not have any problems. You can also choose to take an electric bike for more comfort.
What is the cancellation policy at La Rioja Bike Tours?
We do not charge anything in advance. Your word is good enough to hire a the service. Very large groups conditions may be evaluated.
Are the bicycles and routes appropriate for me?
Of course! Our bikes are very comfortable and we have different sizes and models to fit any height, weight and age. We also have bicycles, chairs and trailers for children. We offer routes for cyclists of any level, from an easy ride through the green belt of Logroño to a demanding road stage. With epic mountain climbs too.
Do we need to make a reservation?
It is the best way to ensure the highest service on our part. Although we have an extensive bike park, we would not like you to be disappointed by not planning ahead.
Do you organize guided routes?
Without any doubt we can be your personal cycling guide in La Rioja for every level. We offer a guided road route with Abraham Olano as an exceptional guide. It is a unique opportunity to pedal beside a superclass in the history of cycling (groups up to 10 pax consult availability and conditions).
What happens if I get a flat tyrel or the bicycle has a fault?
All our services include a puncture repair kit and an inflator. If you know how to fix a puncture, you will not have any problem. Breakdowns do not happen frequently, our bikes are in an optimal condition and equipped with anti-puncture tires. If you can not solve it on your own, we will assist you at no cost.
What happens if it starts to rain, should I pay for the bicycles?
In case of rain or snow at the time of delivery of the bicycles, if you do not wish to proceed with the reservation, nothing will be charged.
What kind of support will I receive during the ride?
We will help you with any problem that you may have during the route. You need not to worry about anything but enjoyment.

Do you provide helmets?
Yes, the helmet is always included. We recommend that you always wear one.
Do you deliver and collect bicycles?
We collect and deliver bicycles if you wish. There is a charge associated with the transport of bicycles and labor (consult).
